General
If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.
- Returns request will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved (original shipping fee and return postage are non-refundable).
- The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition with the tags attached.
- Refund will be issued back to original payment method only.
Please contact us before returning us any product (s).
Once the return request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
** Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ accessories not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
THE ICON DESIGNERS product are inspired by the original designers product. There are many grades of replicas depending on the materials used and the workmanship.
We have been in this business for many years and are always updating every detail to the even smallest one. We are committed to bringing you quality products at different price points. Make you spend much less money to buy brand designer products.

If the online store accepts credit cards, rest assured that both your credit card information and personal information are protected.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore and Europe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
If you just received a shipment notification please allow to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.
