Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the Singapour, Europe and Japon.

We ship your purchase within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. The average delivery time for your product is 7-12 business days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 20 business days.

(Not counting holidays and weekends).

We provide a tracking number so that customers can track the progress of their order on the postal service website.

​

Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, etc., situations beyond our control.

Tracking Number

The tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email within 4 business days, and can be tracked in real time from the time of shipment to the time of delivery.

The information on the tracking number may take between 1 and 5 business days after the tracking number information is entered into the system.

Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of the product or your money back.

We offer a full refund if the order does not arrive within 30 business days after the product is purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We facilitate exchanges for products that are defective or differ from what the customer ordered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect or incorrect product, customers must meet the following requirements:

​

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

  • It should be properly packaged to avoid damage.

  • Exchanges or refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or altered.

 

Customers have up to 30 days after purchase  to request an exchange or refund for the reasons mentioned above. Please contact us by email, providing your full name and order number.

Once we receive an email with all the relevant information for the exchange, such as videos, images, and a customer report, our quality control department will review your case and respond within 3 business days.

If the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, they can choose from the following options:

  • Receive a refund for the amount paid.

  • Receive a new product identical to the original order.

  • Receive a product of similar value.

Requirements for Refunds

For any refund requests, customers must follow these criteria before sending the product to our warehouse:

​

  • Take 5 photos from different angles showing the main details of each product, as well as its tags and original packaging.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

 

After we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection. The refund will only be processed if the product meets all the above criteria.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 working days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. Often there is a processing period before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at theicondesigners@gmail.com.
